Ask the couple to invite you to their project as their planner — it will appear in your dashboard with everything they've done so far. The couple pays for that project on their own plan, so it doesn't count against your active-wedding limit.
The couple sees overall progress, the tasks assigned to them, their guest list, the wedding website, the shared part of the budget, the payment schedule, and the client timeline. Your internal notes, draft estimates, and working materials aren't accessible to clients.
Every plan already includes team seats: from one on the starter plan to five on the top plan. Need more coordinators? Add seats for ₴149 per month each and fine-tune their access permissions.
